Text-to-speech is built into Windows and Mac. You can use it to have your computer read the responses Ivory Mind generates out loud. You can also use dictation to speak your AI prompts instead of typing them.

For Windows Text-to-Speech

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Accessibility in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
  2. Click “Read & Speak” or “Spoken Content.”
  3. Turn on “Speak selection.”
  4. To have your Mac start speaking, press the specified keyboard shortcut (the default key combination is Option-Esc).

For Mac Dictation

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Keyboard in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
  2. Go to Dictation, then turn it on or off.
  3. If you turned on Dictation, click Enable.
